This page describes what personal data Nines Robotics processes, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your email address and your message, so we can reply. Through the newsletter: your email address, so we can send you news and insights. The site collects no other personal data.
Why we may process it
We send the newsletter on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. Messages sent through the contact form are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering questions.
Where it goes
Messages and signups are processed through Resend, our email service. The newsletter list lives there too. The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. For visitor statistics we use Vercel Analytics; it works without cookies and does not track individual visitors. Resend and Vercel are US companies, so data may be processed in the United States. This is covered by EU-approved safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to follow up on your question. You stay on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe. You can do so via the link in any email or by writing to us.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email info@ninesrobotics.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
